Dear CVA Families,
Testing season is upon us and it is time for your students to share how much they have grown this school year. Encourage your student to get a good nights rest before EOGs or exams and make sure they eat breakfast before testing.
This week is also Teacher Appreciation Week. Please take a minute to share with your child's teachers how much they have impacted your child. We have great teachers at CVA and your words of encouragement mean so much to each of them!

Guest Information
Graduation Practice/Dress Rehearsal is at the Cabarrus Arena May 20 at 4:30 pm. Students must attend graduation practice to participate in graduation.
Graduation at Cabarrus Arena - May 21 at 6:30 pm. Students must arrive by 5:30 pm.

2025-26 School Year Information from Nurse Anderson
The North Carolina state law requires updated immunizations for 7th and 12th graders.
The Tdap vaccine and the 1st dose of the meningitis (meningococcal) vaccine are required for all students entering 7th grade or by 12 years of age, whichever comes 1st.
The meningitis booster vaccine is required for all students entering 12th grade or by 17 years of age, whichever comes 1st.
Please ensure that your child is up-to-date before the beginning of next school year. These vaccines, they can be obtained from your primary care provider or at Cabarrus Health Alliance.
